♦ Verlust der Karte
Behandeln Sie Ihre Karte wie Bargeld. Bei Verlust kontaktieren Sie bitte unsere Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption – wir sperren Ihre Karte und stellen Ersatz aus.

♦ Auszahlungen nur für Karteninhaber
Allein der Inhaber der Karte ist berechtigt, Auszahlungen nach einer Identitätsprüfung an der Kasse entgegenzunehmen.

♦ Wiederverwendung und Nachhaltigkeit
Bitte verwahren Sie Ihre Karte und nutzen sie beim nächsten Besuch wieder. So vermeiden wir die Produktion von Tageskarten und können so Müll reduzieren.
